Install Harlem Shake on iPhone / iPod Touch (Lock screen version)
Step 1: Launch Cydia, tap on Manage -> Sources -> Edit -> Add
Step 2: Add this repo source: http://bensge.com/repo/
Step 3: Tap on the repo, open it and you will find the HarlemShake tweak there.
Step 4: Respring the device and tap triple on the “slide to unlock” screen to activate it.
