Last month, the main suppliers of products for unlocking smartphones released hardware unlock for iPhone 4S – GEVEY Ultra S on Applenberry, TPSIM from ChinaSnow, as well as the R-SIM, but all three options work in GSM-networks.

Today, the Chinese company announced Applenberry unlocking solution for CDMA-module on top-end Apple smartphones.

Updated GEVEY Ultra S – lining the finest chip that is installed in the tray for SIM-card, allows you to unlock your GSM / CDMA iPhone 4S with a version of baseband 01.0.11, 01.0.13, 01.0.14 running on the iOS 5.0 and 5.0.1 firmware.

There are a few important details that are worth knowing CDMA-users. To unlock your iPhone 4s you need to jailbreak your iPhone, because you need to install the furiousmod utility on the device.
