Heads up for iPhone 4S users who’re waiting eagerly for the iPhone 4S jailbreak which is supposed to be released very soon.

The iPhone hacker Stefan Esser, better know as i0n1c, Apple’s voice assistant Siri stopped working on his iPhone 4S after running the unreleased jailbreak on it. Stefan Esser claims that there might be jailbreak detection in Siri which will stop Siri from working on the device.

Jailbreak iPhone 4S Might Will Stop Siri

He notes out on Twitter that “Siri stopped working after a day of running with jailbroken kernel on the iPhone 4S”.

News from i0n1c seems to be bad news for iPhone 4S users but in my opinion, I think jailbreaking is not the reason why Siri stopped working.

UPDATE: Seems like as I thought, the problem resolved after a reboot:

iPhone 4S jailbreak is released, don’t rush doing it. Just wait for this issue to be confirmed. UnlockBoot soon will post full tutorial and description, just follow UnlockBoot and be first who have Jailbroken iPhone 4S.
