Few minutes ago, Apple released an official iOS 6.1 firmware for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The update contains some error fixes, and to increase the capacity of next iOS devices.
As we previously reported, iOS 6.1 is a minor software update with updates which are mainly concentrated in the user interface. IOS 6.1 include enhanced LTE support and improved search technology.
IOS 6.1 features and changes:
- LTE support for more carriers (complete list of supported carriers at www.apple.com/iphone/LTE)
- Purchase movie tickets through Fandango with Siri (USA only)
- iTunes Match subscribers can now download individual songs from iCloud
- New button to reset the Advertising Identifier
