The iOS 6 beta 1 version may can be buggy and unstable iOS system, in addition iOS 6 is jailbroken, but only for developers (without Cydia). Ever find a solution for this? I’ve been having the same issue, couldn’t restore with Xcode either. I’m having issues with Sencha Touch Packager and in order to figure out what the problem is I need to remove ios6 from the equation except now I can’t do it. And yes, I’m a developer as well. Everything I have seen in regards to this points to the hosts file yet mine is empty as well.
