I want to share my experience so others can be careful before spending money on Chimera.
Yesterday, I paid $145 for their service. After purchasing, I switched to another PC and tried to use the account normally. Instead of helping me solve the issue, my account was suddenly banned.
What made the situation even worse was the support experience. On Telegram, instead of receiving professional assistance, I was treated disrespectfully and told offensive things. Then they said I was banned forever.
As a paying customer, I expected at least basic customer support, account verification, or a chance to explain the situation. Switching PCs should not automatically lead to a permanent ban without warning.
