Now in Cydia we have one simple but very useful tweak called LSCameraExtender which adds a function to turn on / off the vertical orientation of the iPhone screen to switch the silent mode.
Turn off sounds on your iPhone in such a case can be a double-tap the Home button on the LockScrean. The new button is aligned with the camera quick launch icon.

- You can change the lock screen button between the camera shortcut button, silent button or orientation lock button.
- If you change your silent orientation lock switch button, the camera button on the lock screen does not allow you to turn it into an orientation lock button, and make the silent button.
